= Individual Training Course (ITC) = The '''Individual Training Course (ITC)''' is the gateway to becoming a Critical Skills Operator (CSO) in '''Task Force Raven'''. All candidates who pass [[Application & Selection Process|Selection]] must complete ITC before being assigned to an MSOT element. The ITC is based on the structure of the real-world MARSOC ITC but is adapted for Arma 3. It is a two-day course that begins with classroom instruction and culminates in a student-led mission. * '''Duration:''' 2 training days (approx. 3β4 hours per day) * '''Outcome:''' Graduation earns the designation of CSO and assignment to an MSOT element within Task Force Raven ---- == Training Structure == === Day 1 β Classroom & Field Skills === ; Morning β Classroom (Virtual Briefing / Base Instruction) * Unit indoctrination β history, ethos, and standards of conduct * SOP overview β comms discipline, chain of command, reporting formats * Weapons & equipment orientation β standard loadouts, optics, ACE/TFR usage * TCCC basics β Care Under Fire (CUF), Tactical Field Care (TFC), CASEVAC procedures ; Afternoon β Field Training * Weapons handling β reloads, malfunctions, transitions * Marksmanship β grouping, controlled pairs, target transitions * Fireteam movement β wedge, file, line, staggered column * Patrolling β security halts, rally points, situational awareness ''Day 1 Objective:'' Candidates understand and demonstrate foundational knowledge of SOPs, weapons, radios, medical, and small-unit movement. ---- === Day 2 β Tactical Application & Operator-Led Mission === ; Morning β Field Training * Contact drills β react to near/far ambush, break contact, hasty ambush * CQB introduction β stack discipline, entry procedures, room clearing fundamentals * Convoy operations β mount/dismount, vehicle security, movement discipline * Reconnaissance basics β establishing observation posts, reporting formats ; Afternoon β Full Mission Profile (FMP) * Candidates are given a mission order and all necessary information * Operators must: ** Conduct mission analysis ** Develop and brief the plan (5-paragraph OPORD) ** Assign roles, loadouts, and responsibilities ** Lead movement to the objective ** Execute the assault, reconnaissance, or patrol task ** Conduct exfiltration and submit an AAR * '''Cadre role:''' Observe only.
