Editing SOF Sniper

The '''SOF Sniper''' certification is an advanced qualification available to operators within '''MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven'''.  
This certification represents mastery of long-range marksmanship, reconnaissance, and observation skills to support special operations missions.  

It is modeled after the SOCOM Special Operations Sniper Course (SOTIC) and expands the capabilities of the [[Designated Marksman (DM)]] billet.

== Responsibilities ==

* Deliver precision fires at extended ranges (800m–1200m+).  
* Conduct reconnaissance and surveillance in support of MSOT operations.  
* Provide detailed intelligence through observation logs and reporting formats.  
* Act as overwatch during direct action missions.  
* Train other operators in advanced marksmanship and optics use.  
* Advise leadership on terrain, engagement ranges, and observation positions.
