Editing Team Chief

The '''Team Chief''' is the senior enlisted leader of '''MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven'''.  
The Team Chief is responsible for discipline, training oversight, and acting as the principal advisor to the [[Team Leader]].  
This billet is modeled after the role of the senior enlisted Raider assigned to an MSOT.

* Serve as the senior enlisted advisor to the Team Leader.  
* Enforce standards of discipline, conduct, and professionalism within the MSOT.  
* Oversee training, readiness, and accountability of all team members.  
* Mentor junior leaders such as the [[Element Leader]]s.  
* Assume command of the MSOT in the absence of the Team Leader.  
* Manage administrative and logistical matters affecting the team.

== Training Required ==

* Must be a [[Critical Skills Operator (CSO)]] in good standing.  
* Significant prior leadership experience (e.g., [[Element Leader]]).  
* Advanced certifications are a positive.
