Selection Evaluation Criteria
[edit]All candidates for Task Force Raven must complete the Selection Process. Selection is based on three measurable events that test a candidate’s physical ability, marksmanship, and navigation skills.

Scoring requires 11 confirmed hits within the time limit. Candidates must also demonstrate safe weapons handling throughout.
Land Navigation Qualification

Outcome
[edit]To pass Selection, a candidate must:
- Successfully complete all three events within the set standards.
- Demonstrate discipline, composure, and professionalism throughout.
Outcomes:
- Selected – Candidate passes and proceeds to Individual Training Course (ITC).
- Not Selected – Candidate fails to meet one or more standards and may reapply at a later date.
