Recruitment Pipeline
The recruitment and training process has four main phases:
- Application & Selection Process – Assessment and evaluation of new applicants.
- Individual Training Course – Core training required for all new Raiders.
- Specialized Billet Training – Additional training for specific roles (e.g., SARC, RO, JTAC).
