Recruitment & Selection
[edit]Welcome to the Recruitment & Selection hub for MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven. This page explains the process for joining the unit, from application through advanced training.
Overview
[edit]Task Force Raven models its pipeline on the real-world Marine Raiders. New applicants begin with a review of eligibility, progress through a structured selection process, and, if successful, continue into operator training and specialized billets.
Recruitment Pipeline
[edit]The recruitment and training process has four main phases:
- Application & Selection Process – Assessment and evaluation of new applicants.
- Individual Training Course (ITC) – Core training required for all new Raiders.
- Specialized Billet Training – Additional training for specific roles (e.g., SARC, RO, JTAC).
- Sustainment & Evaluations – Ongoing training and readiness checks.
