Team Leader
Appearance
The Team Leader is the commanding officer of MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven. The Team Leader holds overall responsibility for the team, including planning, execution, and mission success. This billet is modeled after the role of a MARSOC Raider Officer assigned as an MSOT commander.
Responsibilities
[edit]- Exercise overall command and control of the MSOT.
- Lead mission planning and execution.
- Supervise all subordinate billets and ensure proper integration.
- Coordinate with higher headquarters and supporting elements.
- Ensure discipline, readiness, and welfare of the team.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker during operations.
Training Required
[edit]- Must be a Critical Skills Operator (CSO) in good standing.
- Prior leadership experience as an Element Leader is highly recommended.
- Advanced certifications are a positive.
- Familiarity with mission planning tools, orders process, and leadership doctrine.

Advancement
