The Team Leader holds overall responsibility for the team, including planning, execution, and mission success.  
This billet is modeled after the role of a MARSOC Raider Officer assigned as an MSOT commander.

* Exercise overall command and control of the MSOT.

* Supervise all subordinate billets and ensure proper integration.

* Serve as the primary decision-maker during operations.

== Training Required ==
