The '''Team Leader''' is the commanding officer of '''MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven'''.  
The Team Leader holds overall responsibility for the team, including planning, execution, and mission success.  
This billet is modeled after the role of a MARSOC Raider Officer assigned as an MSOT commander.
