The Team Chief is the senior enlisted leader of MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven. The Team Chief is responsible for discipline, training oversight, and acting as the principal advisor to the Team Leader. This billet is modeled after the role of the senior enlisted Raider assigned to an MSOT.
Responsibilities
[edit]- Serve as the senior enlisted advisor to the Team Leader.
- Enforce standards of discipline, conduct, and professionalism within the MSOT.
- Oversee training, readiness, and accountability of all team members.
- Mentor junior leaders such as the Element Leaders.
- Assume command of the MSOT in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Manage administrative and logistical matters affecting the team.
Training Required
[edit]- Must be a Critical Skills Operator (CSO) in good standing.
- Significant prior leadership experience (e.g., Element Leader).
- Advanced certifications are a positive.
- Familiarity with administrative processes, logistics, and team management.
