Operations SNCO
The Operations SNCO is a leadership billet within MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven. The Operations SNCO is responsible for planning, training, and logistics support, ensuring the MSOT is properly prepared and sustained for missions. This billet is modeled after the senior non-commissioned officer assigned to oversee operations and training in an MSOT.
Responsibilities

- Manage the team’s training calendar and ensure training standards are met.
- Coordinate logistics and sustainment for operations.
- Supervise rehearsals and confirm readiness prior to missions.
- Track team certifications and billet assignments.

Training Required
