== Core Operator Billets ==
Each billet represents a specialized role within the team, modeled as closely as possible on real-world MARSOC doctrine. 


All new members begin as [[Critical Skills Operator (CSO)|Critical Skills Operators (CSOs)]] after completing [[Individual Training Course (ITC)|ITC]]. 
The foundational billets held by every Raider. 
Additional billets are assigned based on performance, unit needs, and completion of specialized training.

: Senior enlisted advisor. Responsible for discipline, standards, and overseeing training and operations.

Specialized billets provide advanced capability within the MSOT. Operators may volunteer or be assigned based on unit needs.
: Leads an MSOT element (half team). Responsible for mission execution and direct leadership of CSOs.


; [[Critical Skills Operator (CSO)]] (E-4 to E-5, Corporal–Sergeant)   
* [[Radio Operator (RO)]] – Manages communications and fire support requests. 
: The backbone of the MSOT. Trained in all basic Raider skills. Can specialize in additional billets after ITC.   
* [[Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman (SARC)]] – Advanced medical specialist. 
* [[Breacher]] – Conducts explosive, ballistic, and mechanical breaching. 
* [[Designated Marksman (DM)]] – Provides precision fire within the team.  
* [[JTAC (Joint Terminal Attack Controller)]] – Coordinates close air support (CAS) and indirect fires.
* [[EOD/Engineer Support]] – Defeats IEDs and manages demolitions.
