This page serves as the hub for all billets and advanced qualifications within MSOT 8213 – Task Force Raven. Every member begins as a Critical Skills Operator (CSO) after completing ITC. From there, operators may be assigned billets and pursue advanced certifications to expand their skillsets.

Core Operator Billets

The foundational billets held by every Raider.

Leadership Billets

These billets represent command and senior enlisted leadership within the MSOT.

Specialized Billets

Specialized billets provide advanced capability within the MSOT. Operators may volunteer or be assigned based on unit needs.

Advanced Qualifications

Advanced qualifications are specialized certifications that operators may earn in addition to their billet. These schools enhance the team’s flexibility and capability, modeled after real-world MARSOC/SOCOM training.
